Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high-volume shipping periods.

Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information serves as proof of shipment and delivery. If tracking shows that an order has been delivered, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

Vitalia is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received due to theft, misdelivery, or issues related to the delivery location. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist by initiating a carrier investigation when applicable. Carrier investigations can take 7–14 business days to complete.

Replacement or refund decisions will be made only after the carrier investigation is concluded.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
